GridGirlz, our girls-focused flag football league designed to create more opportunities for female athletes to learn, compete, and grow through the game of football.

Our mission is to provide a fun, supportive, and competitive environment where girls of all skill levels can develop their abilities, build confidence, and experience the excitement of football. Whether your athlete is stepping onto the field for the first time or already loves the game, GridGirlz is built to help players improve their skills, make friends, and enjoy a positive team experience.

GridGirlz follows the official NFL FLAG format, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a player-first approach to youth sports.

We are excited to continue growing the game of girls flag football and creating opportunities for young athletes in our community.

Divisions based on current grade levels (Girls, Grades 3–12)
5-on-5 format (non-contact flag football)
No tryouts required
48-minute games (two 24-minute halves)
5 regular season games
1 playoff game
Championship Tournament
Guaranteed 6 games
Weekly Game MVP recognition
Championship Rings for division winners
Buddy and Coach requests
Volunteer Background checked Adult coaches leading each team
Coach sets practice times and days (1-2 per week)
