TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms cover your use of gridforcefootball.com, communications from GridForce Football LLC (“GridForce,”“we,” “us”), and participation in GridForce programs, including GridForce Flag, GridGirlz, and Winning the Trenches. By using our website or registering a player, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy at gridforcefootball.com.
The full program waiver, release, and policies for players are included in registration and must be accepted before a player can take part. Players are also subject to the NFL FLAG player agreement accepted during registration. GridForce operates under an official NFL FLAG license.
REGISTRATION
Registering a player means you are that player’s parent or legal guardian, you are at least 18, and the information you provide is accurate. Spots are confirmed once registration and payment are complete. Players are placed in divisions by grade, and team placement is up to GridForce. We try to honor reasonable requests but can’t guarantee a specific team, coach, or teammate.
REFUNDS
Registration fees support league operations, including fields, insurance, equipment, officials, and uniforms.
• Full refunds are available before registration closes or teams are formed.
• Partial refunds may be considered before the first scheduled game.
• No refunds are issued once the season has begun.
• Missed games, practices, or scheduling conflicts do not qualify for refunds.
• If GridForce cancels a program or can’t place your player, you will receive a full refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@gridforcefootball.com. GridForce Football LLC
determines refund eligibility.
UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT
Each registered player receives an official NFL FLAG uniform, ordered from the sizes you give at registration, so please double-check them. Size exchanges depend on availability. Players bring their own mouthguard, cleats (no
metal spikes), and water.
CODE OF CONDUCT
GridForce Football is a player-first program. Players, parents, coaches, and spectators are expected to follow the GridForce Player and Parent Code of Conduct, which covers player expectations, parent responsibilities, playing time, responsibility for guests, sideline behavior, respect for officials, prohibited behavior, and disciplinary action. We may remove anyone from a game or program for unsafe or unsportsmanlike behavior, without a refund.
SAFETY AND PARTICIPATION RISK
Flag football is non-tackle, but it is still a physical sport and injuries can happen. Participation risks, medical authorization, and the release of liability are covered in the waiver accepted during registration. Coaches and volunteers complete a background check before working with players. Players must be picked up on time after practices and games.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO
By registering, parents and guardians agree to the photo and media release included in registration. Details on how we use photos and video are in our Privacy Policy.
SCHEDULES AND WEATHER
Game times, fields, and dates can change because of weather, lightning, smoke, heat, field conditions, or other events. We share updates as quickly as we can through TeamSnap, email, or text. Games missed for reasons outside our control are rescheduled when possible and do not qualify for refunds.
TEXT MESSAGES
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, GridForce Football LLC may text you about registration, team assignments, practice and game schedules, weather or field changes, and league updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at
info@gridforcefootball.com or 888-357-3524. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of registration. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including that we do not share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
USING OUR WEBSITE
You agree not to misuse our website, including trying to access data that isn’t yours or interfering with how the site works. Links to other sites, such as NFL FLAG or TeamSnap, are governed by those sites’ own terms.
WEBSITE CONTENT
The GridForce Football, GridGirlz, and Winning the Trenches names, logos, and content on this site belong to GridForce Football LLC. NFL FLAG names and marks belong to their owners and are used under license.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GridForce Football LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your use of this website. Participation risks and releases are covered in the waiver accepted during registration.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms between seasons or as programs change. The current version and its effective date will always be posted on our website.
